How do I order a custom rosary?

Start by adding the item Custom rosary to your cart. That encompasses the parts needed and tells me I’m making one. Shop for a center and crucifix you like and select the beads you want the rosary made from. That’s it I take it from there and make your one of a kind rosary.

Can I have different Our Father beads?

Absolutely, I have created items in the store for that very purpose. If you are buying a 6mm round Swarovski® rosary in crystal but want sapphire Swarovski® Our Father beads you simply add the appropriate item to your order. Same with any of other rosary bead options.

How long will my order take?

I strive to complete every order as quickly as possible after I receive it. Most custom rosaries are complete and ready to ship 10-14 days after I accept the order. In stock items typically ship the next business day.

What is your return policy?

Custom rosaries are final sale items and not eligible for return. In stock items can be returned with a restocking fee of 10% of the rosary price. No exceptions will be made to this policy, I am an individual and cannot afford to hold a large inventory of rosaries.

What happens if my rosary breaks?

In the event your rosary breaks simply ship it back with as many of the pieces as possible and I will repair it with your only cost being the parts needed to repair it. You will be emailed a quote prior to work beginning and will have the option of not having the repair made at that time. You will be responsible for all shipping during the repair process.
